Trigger Terms
A “trigger” question is one that shows up frequently on the AP Exam and has a very narrow range of possible answers. In this way, if you are trained to recognize the trigger topics, you can work through some of the questions more quickly, and save time for the more difficult ones. It is also a reliable way to boost your MC score by as much as ten points. Trigger question topics can often be as much as ¼ of the MC test. These terms are to be identified in your website.
